My name is Jess Bevan, and for years I felt like I was constantly cleaning, constantly catching up… and somehow, still living in mess.

I'd make big plans, burn myself out trying to fix everything in a weekend and then end up right back where I started.


Eventually, I realised I had to do things differently. Over time, my house got calmer, and so did my mind. I learnt how to work alongside my ADHD and Autism, and slowly but surely, life got better.

And here's the thing I really want you to know 👉 You don’t need to have it all together, become a minimalist, or turn into a Pinterest mum to feel more in control. You just need a process that works for your brain.

When I finally stopped trying to change everything all at once and started making small, sustainable changes, I ACTUALLY STUCK WITH IT! And that’s what changed everything. And inspired me to create Don't Burn it Down: a

30-day online course made for women like us. It’s not just about decluttering (though we’ll do plenty of that). It’s about learning to manage the mess and the stress that comes with it, without burning yourself out in the process.

What is Body Doubling and how does it help me?

Body doubling is when you work alongside someone else to stay focused and get things done, it’s like having an accountability buddy in the room.

In Don’t Burn It Down, we do virtual body doubling sessions where we meet online, say what we’re working on, then get onto it together. It helps reduce overwhelm, fight distraction, and actually finish the stuff you’ve been putting off.

Can I pay for this with my NDIS plan?

If you are plan or self-managed, most likely! As long as you have goals in the areas of improved daily living/ skill building, there usually aren't any issues. This course helps you create stronger routines, learn emotional regulation skills and improve executive functioning.
